WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All our products have a 2 year limited warranty.
The warranty applies to defects in material and production.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by improper handling and use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
Minor visual anomalies in material weaving or clear coat are a normal component of the completely handmade product and are not considered as a defect.
In case of warranty claim, please explain the problem and send photos via e-mail.
Please include a copy of your invoice.
Any product which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.

Non-Fit Issues:
Please describe the problem to us and attach the photos.
If possible, we will give you detailed instructions on how to remedy the defect yourself.
If we find this impossible, you may need to take it to the luthier or send it back to us.
If it is made according to the tracing or template that you have sent us the cost of postage and customization is paid by you.

Since all our products are custom made we do not accept returns.
